Objective

Jay Shetty's mission is to spread love, purpose, and transformation to individuals around the world. He started On Purpose over 5 years ago with the goal of inviting listeners into conversations and workshops that are designed to help make them happier, healthier and more healed. Jay's interviews include some of the most renowned experts, celebrities, thought leaders, and athletes to share a side of them that has never been shared before that also welcomes listeners to grow their mindsets, build productive and healthy habits and become the best version of themselves. Jay has always believed and demonstrated that when people feel seen, heard and understood, they are able to deal with life’s ups and downs with more ease and grace.

 

Strategy

This past year has been one of the biggest years for On Purpose yet. Not only did we do a full 360 rebrand, we have now reached 1 billion views per year, and we've had some incredible guests and experts. The focus of our rebrand was to elevate our brand, create consistency across all platforms, and be reflective of what we stand for - the intention to make people healthier, happier and more healed. Additionally, we aimed to create a stronger sense of community of people that are striving to be the best versions of themselves by developing avenues for bringing millions of people together via our social channels. We have also spotlighted never before heard stories including interviews interviews with Michelle Obama, Tom Hanks, Bill GatesJames Corden, Shawn Mendes, Jelly Roll, Charles Leclerc, as well as experts Esther Perel, Mel Robbins, Ed Mylett, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Stephan Speaks and Dr. Rahul Jandial, among others. Most importantly, every episode remains to be intentional, educational, enlightening, and relatable so that our audience continues to feel seen, heard and understood.

 

 

Results

On Purpose has created a cultural shift to make conversations around mental health and bettering yourself, culturally relevant and something that people feel proud to talk about. We have made workshops and expert conversations entertaining while also informative. In the past year, we've had guests share their never before heard stories interviews with Michelle Obama, Bill Gates,Tom Hanks, James Corden, Shawn Mendes, Jelly Roll, Charles Leclerc, as well as experts Esther Perel, Mel Robbins, Ed Mylett, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Stephan Speaks and Dr. Rahul Jandial, among others. Overall our podcast has driven cultural conversations that have not only entertained, but have also helped people become the best version of themselves. Our biggest goal is to create conversations that make people feel seen, heard, and understood.
