Objective

When AI was beginning to make waves and then dominate the global conversation, GREY GOOSE® sought to find smart ways to stand out in this cultural and technological zeitgeist. We saw an opportunity to craft a unique, brand-resonant experience that seamlessly integrates AI into meaningful consumer interactions. In a world where AI often feels abstract or overly technical, we aimed to create an experience that was both meaningful and approachable — one that solved a real, everyday challenge.

Strategy

Raising a glass is more than a gesture — it’s a universal tradition that connects us, elevates celebrations, and marks life’s meaningful moments. Yet crafting the perfect words for a toast can be an intimidating task, even for the most confident among us.

This insight inspired GREY GOOSE® to develop Tailored Toasts, an AI-powered experience that embraces the spirit of celebration by helping people craft the right words to make their moments memorable. By blending cutting-edge AI with practical utility, we created a tool that’s approachable and seamlessly fits into the rhythm of everyday celebrations.

Powered by ChatGPT, Tailored Toasts invites users to answer a few simple questions about their celebration, desired tone, and toast length. In seconds, they receive a bespoke toast that’s perfectly tailored, ensuring every occasion is celebrated with confidence and flair.

From concept to launch in two months, we balanced speed with thoughtful execution. To ensure brand safety and control, we developed a secure, closed-loop system that used guided multiple-choice inputs rather than open text fields. Behind the scenes, the model was rigorously fine-tuned to reflect the GREY GOOSE® tone of voice, adhere to alcohol marketing compliance rules, and deliver a legally sound, high-quality experience.

 

Results

Though it debuted as a buzz-worthy launch, Tailored Toasts was designed with versatility in mind, extending its utility to seasonal holidays and cultural moments throughout the year. The results speak volumes: users spent nearly 5 minutes engaging with the experience, achieving a 94% completion rate. These metrics underscore its value as both a memorable brand interaction and an example of responsible AI-driven innovation.

With Tailored Toasts, GREY GOOSE® not only showcased how AI can elevate human connection but also set a new standard for creativity, practicality and responsibility in digital experiences.
